Alison is a compassionate Reiki for Grief Practitioner who leads with love and kindness in all aspects of her work. Drawing from her own lived experiences with loss, she creates a gentle, supportive space for others to navigate their grief, offering comfort, connection, and healing through the power of Reiki energy.
I offer a unique Reiki practice focused on supporting individuals through grief of all kinds. Reiki energy has always been a natural calling for me, influenced early on by my mother, who was a Reiki Master. Throughout my life, I have experienced grief in many forms, which has deeply shaped both my personal journey and my approach to healing.
My practice is grounded in compassion, understanding, and lived experience. I provide a calm, supportive, and safe space where you are free to feel and process your grief, while being gently held in healing, positive Reiki energy.

Grief can take many forms — whether you are mourning the loss of a loved one, navigating the end of a relationship, facing a health diagnosis, experiencing the loss of a pet, coping with infertility or miscarriage, adjusting to major life changes, or even grieving parts of your identity, past, or future you had imagined.
Reiki offers a gentle, non-invasive way to support you through these deeply personal experiences. It creates a calm and nurturing space where you can simply be — without pressure to explain, fix, or rush your emotions. Through soft, intentional energy work, Reiki can help ease emotional heaviness, quiet the mind, and restore a sense of balance and connection within yourself.
Whether your grief feels fresh and overwhelming or quiet and long-held, Reiki meets you exactly where you are, surrounding you with compassion, warmth, and the reminder that you don’t have to carry it alone.
A 50-minute Reiki session for grief begins with a few minutes for you to gently share what you’re holding, followed by dedicated time to receive calming, supportive Reiki energy — creating space for release, healing, and inner peace.
After your session, I gently invite you to surround yourself with love and light in whatever way feels most comforting to you. Be kind and patient with yourself as your body and heart continue to process — healing unfolds in its own time, and you deserve compassion every step of the way.
